 COUNSELLING

Get the Most out of Life

Counselling provides an opportunity for you to talk confidentially about anything and everything that is going on in your life. It can be a space to reflect and gain perspective on things aren't going as well as you had hoped for in life, to celebrate the successes, and to build upon the strengths you have.

Common situations that people find counselling useful for are:

  • Managing feelings of anxiety and depression

  • Grief and loss

  • Major transitions and life-stage changes

  • Bereavement

  • Unemployment

  • Relationship issues

Based in Holland Park, Brisbane, Rebecca can be contacted for face-to-face counselling sessions or via online platforms including  email, telephone and video calling. Careful consideration has gone into creating a safe online practice, guided by the ACA Code of Ethics.

If you have a private health fund with Bupa, Medibank, ahm, TUH and ARHG (formally the Police Health Fund), you may be eligible to claim part payment for counselling services.
