Rebecca Rylands is an experienced counsellor, holding Level 4 clinical registration with the Australian Counselling Association and a master of counselling degree. Over her many years working as a counsellor, Rebecca has gained an in-depth knowledge of social and emotional issues. She now works predominantly with adults focusing on exploring clients' inner worlds, to help gain better self-awareness, which in turn can make lead to positive change.

Rebecca is knowledgeable, compassionate, and thoughtful. Her therapy style involves getting to know an individual's unique set of circumstances and supporting them to become agents of change in their own lives. She enjoys bringing rhythm and music activities into her work to help people connect with their inner rhythm.

Rebecca uses a variety of modalities to suit a person’s particular needs. She has a non-judgemental approach and uses person-centred, strengths-based, and solution-focused techniques in her counselling sessions to bring about positive change and growth. Her aim is to provide a leading support and education service that allows individuals to develop coping skills in dealing with the kaleidoscope of life's challenges. Rebecca is passionate about building trusting relationships with people to help them live more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
